1999: The West Highland Way 1999 a distance of 95 miles.
2000: Glyndwr Way 2000 a distance of 135 miles.
2001: St. Cuthberts Way 2001 not a National Trail but a distance of 62 miles.
2003: Offa's Dyke Path 2003 a distance of 177 miles.
2004: The Great Glen Way 2004 a distance of 73 miles.
2005: The Pembrokeshire Coast Path 2005/6 a distance of 186 miles.
2006: The Southern Upland Way 2006/7/10/11 a distance of 212 miles, I've walked 50 miles from the west coast and 50 miles from the east coast, 56 to Moffat and finished the last 56 to Lauder in 2011.
2007: The Ebor Way 2007 not a National Trail but a distance of 70 miles.
2007: The South Downs Way 2007 a distance of 100 miles.
2008: The Cotswold Way 2008 a distance of 100 miles.
2009: The Pennine Bridleway 2009 still ongoing but 120 miles walked so far including The Mary Towneley Loop.
2010: The Peddars Way and Norfolk Coast Path 2010 a distance of 93 miles.
2011: The Ridgeway 2011 a distance of 87 miles.
2012: The Speyside Way 2012 approximately 65 miles. - 2013: Rob Roy Way 2013 approximately 77 miles

- 2014: Coast to Coast September 2014, ongoing - walked from St. Bees to Shap about 59 miles through the Lake District.
- 2015: Coast to Coast July 2015, ongoing - walked from Shap to Richmond about 56 miles through the Yorkshire Dales
- 2016: Coast to Coast July 2016, the final leg - walked from Richmond to Robin Hoods bay about 76 miles taking in the north Yorkshire moors
- 2018: North Downs Way July 2018, a section of this path from 'Boughton Lees' to 'Blue Bell Hill' north of Maidstone, approximately 24 miles
- 2018: The Pennine Bridleway, continued from the Mary Towneley Loop that was walked in 2009 to Garsdale, approximately 52 miles
- 2019: North Downs Way July 2019 ongoing - another section of the path from 'Folkestone' to 'Boughton Lees', approximately 18 miles
- 2021: North Downs Way July 2021 ongoing - another section of the path from 'Cuxton' to 'Titsey place', approximately 25 miles
